Previous | Home | NextI used a cheap but sharp door hole saw with cutting fuid to drill the lightning holes. Drill from both sides and meet in the middle. The 4 lightning holes took about 30 mins to drill. Most of this time was waiting for the alum to cool down during the drilling. Switching back and forth between pieces during the drilling is not enough cooling time.
