Previous | Home | NextI went through 3 good hack saw blades on this project. A sharp blade cuts 4130 very nicely.
Here I am cutting down to the hole on both sides of the square tubing. It's a 1 minute. job.
The elevator push rode horn on this assembly is made with a longer piece of the same square tubing. Just imagine this cut rotated 45° and cutting corner to corner and down about 3-1/2"
