It's close to completion now as it sits on the wooden welding jig here.
The 2 aluminum brackets has be given 3 baths.
1) ALUMIPREP 33 - non-flamable phosphoric acid based cleaner
2) ALODINE 1201 - deep clean and prepare surface for painting
3) Endura EP-2C Primer/Sealer (a 2 part epoxy urathane with zinc chromate)

The aileron tab is 4130 X .050 steel and is molded onto a bronze bushing
